Booking and Appointment Policies
Thank you for choosing I am Liv Hair for your beauty needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please take a moment to review our policies:
1. Credit Card on File: To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be on file. Your card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
3. Multiple Cancellations: Clients with more than three consecutive cancellations may be subjected to a fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the service cost. We value your time and commitment to our services.
4. Deposits for Extended Appointments: Appointments lasting over four hours require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
5. Extensions Installation Consultation: For extensions installations, a consultation is required before scheduling the appointment. This ensures we meet your expectations and allows us to determine the time and resources needed for the service.
6. Service Correction Window: We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. If you are unsatisfied with a service, corrections are welcome within two weeks of the original appointment at no additional charge. Please contact us promptly to schedule your correction.
